The Neumann KH 120 II is a next-generation DSP-powered active studio monitor engineered for high-resolution nearfield monitoring in compact spaces. Building on the legacy of the original KH 120, this upgraded model brings deeper bass, greater SPL, enhanced clarity, and advanced DSP tuning to your studio workflow.
Featuring a 5.25" composite-sandwich woofer and 1" titanium-fabric dome tweeter, the KH 120 II offers a frequency response from 44 Hz to 21 kHz with razor-flat accuracy. Thanks to internal DSP, it supports linear-phase crossovers and seamless room alignment using Neumann's MA 1 Automatic Alignment system (sold separately). This ensures every mix translates with precision, regardless of your room’s acoustics.
The bass reflex aluminum cabinet is compact, magnetically shielded, and acoustically optimized via Neumann’s Mathematically Modeled Dispersion (MMD) waveguide, delivering a wide sweet spot and consistent off-axis response. With 145W to the woofer and 100W to the tweeter, it provides 245W total Class D amplification with low distortion and exceptional energy efficiency.
Whether you're mixing in a project studio, editing suite, or immersive multichannel environment, the KH 120 II delivers unerring accuracy, power, and long-term reliability trusted by professionals worldwide.
